Vinification: Harvested in 22 kg boxes. Destemmed and crushed, 12 hours pre-maceration fermentation at 34ºC to increase enzyme function; pre-selected yeast; alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures (24-26ºC); light remontage (pumping over)

Aroma: On the nose, Touriga Nacional gives us the floral component with aromas of bergamot and basil, while Touriga Franca is expressed in flavours like blueberry and backberry
Ageing: 1/3 of the wine aged in used French barriques for 12 months

Taste: Very elegant and structured
Final Notes: Long finish with lingering notes of ripe fruit
