Aroma: Very intense and powerful but fresh, dominated by the minerality so characteristic of Viosinho, in balance with notes of white pulp fruits - such as pear and plum - and very well integrated and high quality wood
Ageing: Ageing in used barrel for 12 months and in bottle for 48 months
Soil: Schist
Weather: Hot and dry climate large thermal gap
Taste: Extraordinarily elegant, with a lot of volume, fresh and very well balanced
Final Notes: Exceptionally long aftertaste with floral and fruit notes
Gastronomy: Pairs well with elegant cuisine and intense cheeses
